Become a Licensed Electrician
Becoming an electrician is an excellent idea if you want to have diverse and challenging work. You’ll constantly be learning more and solving problems creatively for your clients. On top of that, electricians are very well respected in the construction trade. You’ll have great job security and be able to pursue jobs nationwide. It’s a great job if you want to travel and work with many different kinds of people.
What You Learn
On-the-job learning combined with classroom instruction gives you the skills that you need to succeed as an electrician. Our program is an immersive two-year program where, once placed, you will spend the day-time working hours with a licensed electrical company and the evenings learning in a classroom environment. We offer both classroom instruction and labs to give you a well-rounded educational experience. You’ll learn all the electric codes for Kentucky and how to install both residential and commercial electrical projects properly.
